For a service upgrade, yes. We coordinate the disconnect and reconnect with your utility or co-op. Any utility or co-op fees are separate from our price.
Some older panels, like Federal Pacific Stab-Lok and Zinsco, have a history of breakers that may not trip when they should. If you have one, or your home inspector flagged your panel, we recommend having it checked.
